Thomas Bewick was an English wood-engraver and natural history author of the late 18th/early 19th century. A foremost authority on British birds, he engaged the imagination of many admirers including Charlotte Bronte, who references his work in “Jane Eyre.” Students will try their own nature illustration based on the Bewick style in this free workshop. No experience necessary and all supplies will be provided. Please register by August 14.
