Along with our heartfelt gratitude and well wishes, there was a sense of sadness in the air when Larry and Nancy decided to hang up their proverbial boots and retire after decades of owning and operating Quality Cobbler in the Muscatine Mall. What were we supposed to do without this local institution? Well, worry no longer, my friends! The store has been purchased from the Millers and is now in the very capable hands of its new owner, Ryan Crumly. Come help us congratulate him and usher in this new legacy at Quality Cobbler!
