Copeland will present about the research he conducted for his book, “Shell Games: The Life and Times of Pearl McGill, Industrial Spy and Pioneer Labor Activist,” a true crime biography about Pearl McGill’s time living in Muscatine and working in a pearl button factory in the early 1900s.
