About Kids First Fund: United Way Muscatine County’s Kids First Fund was created to eliminate barriers for students so they can be successful in school and to help them stay connected by providing opportunities to participate in extracurricular activities. United Way Muscatine County partners with school employees throughout Muscatine County to identify students who have a need and provide what is needed to meet that need.
