Free live music from Banjoy starts at 4pm during the “Second Sunday Concert Series” presented by the Muscatine County Arts Council outside of the Musser Public Library downtown! Tony Tone will do some emceeing during the band’s set breaks, reading the “Wandering Word Poetry Contest” poems, including the one he wrote.
