The Musser Public Library and River Valley Physical Therapy invite families with children who seek sensory input and those who avoid it to try Sensory Story Time, beginning on Thursday, Feb. 15. This free program is being piloted at the library for neurodivergent children ages 4 to 9 of all developmental stages. No sign up is required for the two sessions.

There will be songs, full-body movement and sensory exploration time – as well as a calming area – all guided by a combination of therapists and librarians. The goal is to help the children and their families incorporate sensory regulation strategies and routines into their everyday lives.
